JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)LOCATION: Remote - United States onlyHOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $45 – $65/hrESTIMATED DURATION: 30h/week - Short termTHE OPPORTUNITYRequirements: 3-5 years of website development experience 3+ years of experience developing websites with Webflow Experience working with Figma design files Knowledge of integrating analytics tools like Google Analytics, Heap, etc. Must be willing to meet 1x a week during peak project time periods, as well as spend time during kick-off project calls. Requests: Strong portfolio of developed sites Will be required to complete a test project within 48 hours if moved past the screening round What You Will Do: Build the Initial Marketing Website: This contractor will work with Web Designer to bring their approved web design pages to life through Webflow. Build for Special New Web Pages: This individual will work with a web designer to bring their approved web design pages for special projects, or new design builds to life. Needs for the Role: Responsible for developing/bringing to life marketing website designs in Webflow Must have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail Must have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working alone and as part of a team Must collaborate with marketing and design team members to build out new sites for our client’s marketing website needs Must provide high-quality web dev work that is picture perfect and identical to provided design Must provide feedback and ideas for improving website user experience, structure and design Work well under tight deadlines, fast-paced environment, and changing demands Ability to optimize applications for desktop vs. mobile, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness. If the contract requires, it must have the ability to maintain website responsiveness and keep abreast of new developments that the company needs to be aware of over time.
